William Wiley Stover

from Taylor, Michigan, United States

His family knew him as Junior and his friends called him Bill. No matter what you called him he was a great man that was loved by all those who met him. He was an avid hunter and gun collector and just liked to be outdoors and spend time with the family he loved. He never said no to any of his neices staying over, even though there were 5 kids in the house already. He always said "what is one more?". Family was always welcome, no matter the situation.

He was preceded in death by his parents William E. Stover and Dimple I. Stover, as well as his sister Theresia A. Stover.

He is survived by his wife Sharon, his 5 children William M Stover, Danial W Stover, Heather M Stover, Sandra R Stover and Brandon D Stover, his 10 siblings: Sharon K Stover, Ronald R Stover, Viva Lee Stover, Dewayne A Stover, Lou A Stover, Cynthia E. Haag, Flim C Stover, Tina L. Lewis, Don M Stover, and John L Stover, and 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral services are To Be Determined at this time.

May he rest in peace.

One of the very first influential men in my life. As a little girl I always felt safe and loved and important when around Uncle Bill and Aunt Sharon. In my toddler years I called him “Dad” because I was always over and heard Mike calling him “dad”. Never once was I scolded for that but embraced ??. When I did wrong, he corrected me. In love and compassion. I spent many summers as a preteen over in Taylor with the family. I was that “what’s one more?” I am thankful for his presence in my life. Rest In Peace Uncle Bill Aka “Dad” love you forever
