His family knew him as Junior and his friends called him Bill. No matter what you called him he was a great man that was loved by all those who met him. He was an avid hunter and gun collector and just liked to be outdoors and spend time with the family he loved. He never said no to any of his neices staying over, even though there were 5 kids in the house already. He always said "what is one more?". Family was always welcome, no matter the situation.

He was preceded in death by his parents William E. Stover and Dimple I. Stover, as well as his sister Theresia A. Stover.

He is survived by his wife Sharon, his 5 children William M Stover, Danial W Stover, Heather M Stover, Sandra R Stover and Brandon D Stover, his 10 siblings: Sharon K Stover, Ronald R Stover, Viva Lee Stover, Dewayne A Stover, Lou A Stover, Cynthia E. Haag, Flim C Stover, Tina L. Lewis, Don M Stover, and John L Stover, and 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
