William Martin Webb, 80, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2017, in El Paso, Texas. He was born on July 14, 1937, in San Angelo, Texas to William Fletcher and Olga Estelle Webb. Preceded in death by his parents and daughter Elaine Webb. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lois Martin Webb, and his daughter Melissa Webb. He is also survived by his brother, Thomas R. Webb. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Service at 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 7, 2017, at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 1810 Elm. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
