William (Bill) Thomas Burns, 69, passed on March 01, 2023 surrounded by family due to a sudden illness. He was born to Thomas Burns and Margaret Burns in Carteret, New Jersey on April 29, 1953.

He married his best friend Michele Burns in 1976, where they lived together in Fords, New Jersey; Oviedo, Florida; and New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Together they raised three beautiful children. 

Bill enjoyed being with his family, baseball, gardening, and was always cracking jokes. We will deeply miss his sense of humor and selfless care for others. Our world won't be the same without you. LYMI

He is survived by his children Vanessa Burns and her husband Bobby; Dana MacInnes and her husband Rodney; Shawn Burns and his wife Layne. He is also survived by the love of his life, granddaughter Killian MacInnes; and his brothers Tom, Jimmy, Bob and Jack.
