William 'Scott' Ayre Sr., 57, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away on January 15, 2022. Scott was born on February 06, 1964 in Baltimore, MD and grew up in Arbutus, MD. He is the loving son of Susan Linton; cherished brother of John Are (wife Rebecca Ayre); beloved father of William Scott Ayre Jr. (significant other Katelynn Sullivan) & Kacie Ayre (fiance of Zachary Douglass); & caring grandfather of Haleigh Douglass (and Caleb McClure). Also survived by other loving family and friends. Scott worked as a Glazier for 35 years, entering the field at the young age of 22. Besides spending time with his family, he had a passion for music, sports, and stock car racing.
