William ReedIndependence - William Sewell Reed went in peace at his family homestead in Independence, Louisiana with his daughter by his side on September 15, 2017, at the age of 59. He was born on December 23, 1957. He was a talented woodworker and a man with a generous heart. His is survived by his daughter, Jessica Reed Trosclair; son, Christopher Reed; grandson, Wyatt Trosclair; siblings, Susan Dreher, Thomas Reed, Richard Reed, Elizabeth Erkenswick, David Reed and Daniel Reed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lionel Reed and Joan Bahm Reed. Per his request he was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
