William Umstead, 51, of Rome, Lazio, passed on October 15, 2021 due to an accidental drug overdose. William was born on June 25, 1970 in Rome where he spent most of his life. William struggled most of his life with addictions and was never able to overcome them. He was a kind and loving broken sould. William is survived by his two sons, 4 sisters, 3 brothers and many wonderful friends in both the United States and Italy. A celebration of his light will be held October 20th at 7:00pm at O'Reillys with a scattering of his ashes to follow. In leiu of flowers friends are asked to donate to the local homeless shelters in need.
