William Fred McNeil, 81, of Greenville NC, passed away on September 11, 2017 in Philadelphia PA. He was born in Grenville, NC to Marie and John McNeil on October 21, 1936.

William married the late Selma McNeil on August 12, 1970 in Philadelphia PA. He graduated from Temple University and worked as a product distributor for Vernors Ginger Ale for 22 years. William was involved in all church originations at Mt. Airy Church Of God and Christ.

William is survived by his daughter, Allison Mcneil (68), Adrian McNeil (53), brothers, Christian Williams and Travir McNeil, grandchildren, Gabrielle McNeil, Michelle Gravely, Christopher Anderson and Demetrius Anderson.

Pallbearers will be Adrian McNeil, Terry Wise, Gregory Washington, Demetrius Anderson, Christopher Anderson and Paul Wisely.
