William was born on December 21, 1963 to William Sr and Rebecca McMillan. Well knows as Mac, Bill or Jr to his loved ones his way to relax and have fun was fishing, cooking, recently adding his love of gardening and spending times with his family and friends.

William's legacy will forever be cherished by his wife: Constance McMillan (Tyndall); four sons Daniel Nixon, Taurus Webb, Nyki McMillan and Makai McMillan; two daughters Kayla McMillan and Taylor Tyndall; two grandchildren Logan Bryant and Jazmine Nixon; two sisters Hilda Singleton and Rhonda Allen. A host of nieces and nephews and many other precious relatives and friends.
