William Bailey, lovingly known as Dad, peacefully passed away on May 19, 2025, in his home in Mohave Valley, Arizona. He was born on November 20, 1943, to his parents Ras Bailey and Beast Caulder.

In 1963, William married the love of his life, Katherine Bailey, and together they raised three children: Monique Tillie Dyer, William Lee Bailey, and Irene Beth Bailey.

William, or basic bill as his family called him, was a dedicated Landscape Supervisor at Chico Caltrans. He served in the Navy and retired in 2000.

When he wasn't working,basic bill loved fishing and traveling with his wife in their RV. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and he could often be found firing up the BBQ for family gatherings.

William Bailey will be remembered as a true family man who brought joy and laughter wherever he went. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
