William Kelly Henderson Penn affectionately go by Kelly was born 06/26/1966 to William Knox Henderson and Barbara Elaine Penn in Pittsburgh PA Kelly grew up on the west side of Pittsburgh in broadhead where he was the middle child of 3 was mild mannered slow to get angered kinda of a guy who really didn’t say much until it came to his business kelly was a dreamer since he was a kid and one of his dreams was to have a Lamborghini when he grew up and to to build houses well one of his dreams came true in the early 2000’s he became the sole proprietor of his 1st business design by Kell LLC and then later in 2020 expanded that into Willam Penn Contractor LLC. Now my brother my have been a slow at getting the job done sometimes for those of you that know him but you also may not have know at that time that Kel wasn’t going to let you know that his health was failing but he was not going to stop working! But we can all agree that he did dam good work sick or not can we all say amen to that! No matter how big or small or sick he was he couldn’t say no to any job! And with him it was never about the money it always about the thrill of the job! Kelly 2nd favorite thing to do was fish! He can go fish every day and stay from morning til night! I can go on and on about my brother who never wanted to be in the spotlight but those of you thats are reading this know my brother kelly was an all around good dude who accepted Christ into his life before he left here so I know without a doubt he is will be there in the great kingdom they call heaven where I hope there is there is a fishing pond.
