William Fisher Jr, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on February 1, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 72.

William, also known as Pops, was born on May 3, 1952, to William Sr and Bernell Farmer. He married his loving wife, Tonya Farmer, in 1997 and they had two children, Sherilyn Thomas and Rayal Thomas with spouse Latosha Thomas. Pops was a dedicated family man and adored his four grandchildren.

After graduating from Central High School in 1970, Pops went on to study at Tarkio College and graduated in 1974. He dedicated his career to serving as a Deputy Juvenile, where he made a positive impact on the lives of many.
