MANCHESTER - William G. Hogencamp, 80, of Manchester, died Oct. 31, 2016, at Elliot Hospital, after a period of declining health.He was born on Aug. 7, 1936, and served in the U.S. Air Force during the 1950s.William worked for Public Service Company for many years. He enjoyed playing golf and time spent with his family.He was predeceased by his wife, Pauline (Forcier) Hogencamp, in 2015.The family includes four children, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, and nieces and nephews..SERVICES: There are no calling hours or services.
