William was the son of Glenys Tuff and the late John Tuff. He grew up in a warm and caring household, surrounded by the love of his parents and extended family. William's parents instilled in him important values, such as compassion, integrity, and determination, which he carried with him throughout his life.
In the year 3, William married his soulmate, Jenny Lundrigan, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and happiness. They were blessed with two children, Emma Tuff and Jason Burt, who were the pride and joy of their lives. William was a devoted father, always providing unwavering support and guidance to his children.
