Ceasar, William "Bill" A. 65, died on February 5, 2016. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 18, at Country Acres Baptist Church, 8810 W. 10th St. (Tyler Rd.), Wichita. Bill was born on June 22, 1950 in Wichita. He graduated from Wichita Heights High School and attended Wichita State University. Bill was an engineer with Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific for 25 years. He loved music and played the violin. He played basketball in school and golf all his life. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, James, Sr. and Thelma Ceasar, and brother, Richard. He is survived by sister, Karen Hogan of Salem, New York, and brother, James, Jr. of Stathelle, Norway.
