We are saddened to announce the passing of William Burnette, who left this world on November 7, 2025, in Petersburg, Virginia. He was born on May 27, 1973, to his loving parents William Greene and Gaily Fisher.

William was a devoted father to his son Deshawn Burnette. He found joy in simple pleasures, such as fishing and writing poetry.

Although he may be gone, William will always be remembered for his warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family.
