William Cleveland , 93, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed on May 09, 2023. William was born on March 05, 1930 To the late wilma mae Cleveland and Odess henry Cleveland. William known as willie to most was a hard working man. Willie was born in tuscaloosa Alabama where he learn to help his father with the farm animals milking cows, chasing chickens and feeding the pigs. Beside helping his father he had a special connection with his mother in the kitchen. He would bring in the chicken eggs and try and stay around all day to see what his mom had planned for dinner. Willlie attended Murray Highschoool in Tuscaloosa Alabama where he learned how to succeed and Graduated with top of his class. He then later on joined the army where he furthered his desire to cook, and obtain multiple culinary licenses. Willie proceeeds in death his wife Ruby Cleveland Mom, dad, 3 brothers 4 sister 1 son and a Beloved daughter both grandparents.

Willie is survived by his daughter rosa edwards (charles) son John cleveland (betty) Granddaughters Lena Hicks, (Bill) Betty cleveland and Ester jones (chuck) Grandsons Eddie cleveland, henry Cleveland and Herbert cleveland and a host of great grand great nieces and nephews and cousins also friends of the family.
