William Milliken, 68, of Hampstead, North Carolina, passed away on February 3, 2017. Born on January 23, 1949, William was known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. He was a dedicated member of his community, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. William had a passion for nature and spent much of his time outdoors, finding peace and solace in the beauty of the world around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched during his life.
