Wilkens Owens, of Oakland, California, passed away on June 6, 2024, at the age of 63. He was born on November 16, 1960.

Wilkens was a devoted husband to his partner Rhonda Stokes. He leaves to cherish his legacy five children: Wilkens Owens IIII, Nicole Carter Owens, Wilkens Owens V, Wilken Birks, and William Birks. He was a proud member of the Army National Guard.

During his life, Wilkens was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering dedication to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
