It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wesley Whitman, beloved son, father, and friend. Wesley was born on May 12, 1986, at Appalachia Regional Hospital Middlesboro KY to his parents Keith Wayne Barnes and Kimberly June Whitman.

Wesley is survived by his two children, Abigail Whitman and Samuel Whitman, both of whom he shared with there mother Dana Reed of Big Stone Gap VA. He is also survived by his mother Kimberly and stepfather Steven dusenberry and one brother Tristen of Frankfort Ky. He was a dedicated father who loved his children and nephew Cayden endlessly. Wesley Whitman passed away on August 12, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
