(Howard) Allison, 57, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Signature Health Care.She was born on August 27, 1960 in Muncie, the daughter of Orlie Howard and Martha (Graul) Addington.  Wendy loved fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.She will be missed by her son, Brent Clouse (wife, Roxane); mother, Martha Addington; two grandchildren, Haylyn Clouse and Clayton Clouse; three sisters, Janet King, Carol Manning, and Anita Piper; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father, Orlie Howard, and sister, Linda K.
