Hewitt, Weldon,Weldon Hewitt, 79, of Simpsonville, Kentucky passed away on March 12, 2017. He was an entrepreneur in the automotive electronics industry owning and operating Audio Systems Inc. (ASI) and Hewitt Marketing. Weldon was born on September 7, 1937 in Selmer, Tennessee to the late Robert and Maudell (South) Hewitt. He was also preceded in death by his three brothers and one sister.Weldon is survived by his wife of 63 years, Peggy (Venn) Hewitt; son, Curtis (Debbie) Hewitt, daughters, Charlotte (Jim) Snider, Kathleen (Dave) Dixon, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one sister. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (East Louisville Chapel) and from 9:00am until 11:00am on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in the Fireside room at Southeast Christian Church. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 11:00 am at Southeast Christian Church (920 Blankenbaker Parkway).
