We are saddened to announce the passing of Wayne Blankenship, who passed away on July 5, 2025, in Joliet, Illinois, United States. He was born on August 31, 1954, to his parents William and Bonita Blankenship.

Wayne was a loving husband to his wife Patricia, whom he married in 1977. Together, they raised five wonderful children: Wayne (spouse Erin), Christopher, Carl, Jennifer, and Jamie (spouse Ruben). He was also a proud grandfather to six grandchildren.

Wayne had a passion for fishing and spent many hours enjoying this hobby. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for his family.

Although Wayne may no longer be with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
