Wayne A. Carter Sr. ws born September 7, 1953 to Charles Tucker and Colleen Carter in Fort Wayne Indiana.  His mother father, grandmother, two brothers and a granddaughter and grandson proceeded him in death.

Wayne was raised by his grandmother Anna Baird in Chicago, Illinois.  He attended and graduated from Englewood High School in 1971.  He graduated from Eureka college in 1975.  He married Georgia smith July 26,1997.  Wayne enjoyed bowling sports and most importantly his family.  he was dedicated to his work as he was his family.  everyone who knew him loved him.  He was always a great smile to brighten your day and a great motivator to bring out the best in you.  Wayne loved everyone in his family,  especially his grandchildren's faces which brought him a smile of pure love and joy.

He is surivied by his wife Georgia Carter,  his children Wayne''Tony Carter JR  and granddaughter Kayla Chicago Ill daughter Tanisha Johnson and Son William ''Poppy'' Carter and granddaughters Kyra Carter and Zion Carter, Bourbonnais Ill and  a host of nieces, nephews cousins, in-laws, friends and family to carry on him memory.
