It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Waylan George, who was born on April 4, 1972 and passed away on September 6, 2025. Waylan resided in Columbia, South Carolina, United States and was the beloved child of Brian and Alicia George.

Waylan is survived by his loving son, Andrew George, who studied at Bamburg High School. Waylan was a devoted father who always put his family first and cherished spending time with his son.

Waylan had many hobbies that brought him joy, including fishing, hunting, and grilling. He found peace and solace in the great outdoors and loved sharing these passions with his loved ones.

Waylan will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his memory will forever live on in their hearts. May he rest in peace.

He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever remember his love, loyalty, and laughter. One brother: Timothy Dudley
