Sunrise on December 31, 1962, a baby girl was named Warnell Renee Rhine she was born to Betty J Brown and Patrick Rhine in Morris, OK.  She attended Tulsa Public Schools.  At an early age, Warnell accepted Christ and was baptized at Eastwood Baptist Church.  She loved people and never met a stranger, she was very much loved by her family and friends.

Sunset December 1, 2017, Warnell Renee Rhine departed this life and stepped into Glory on Friday Night at her home in Muskogee, OK.  Warnell was preceded in her death by her parents Betty J Brown, Patrick Rhine, and brother Robert Earl Robinson Jr. sister Rosa Lee Foster Vaughn.

God blessed Warnell Renee, with an abundance of family she has two children and nine surviving siblings. (CHILDREN) JoAnne Rhine and Patrick Cooper (SISTERS) Evangelist Saundra Foster, Patty Minor, Patricia Brown, Rose Goatee, Frances Rhine (BROTHERS) Stanley Rhine, Patrick Rhine, Larry Brown, Herbie Rhine.  (AUNTS) Clarice Sanders, Maxine Jamison, Brenda Matthew-Hill.  A lifelong friend Clennis Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
