SHIPSHEWANA — Waneta Marilynn Foltz, 69, of Shipshewana died Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Flotz was a bus driver for the Westview School Corp. for 41 years and had worked as a Realtor for Lewis and Lambright in LaGrange. She also served as the Newbury Township trustee for two terms. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School and International Business College. Mrs. Foltz was a member of the Shipshewana Church of the Nazarene where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was born on Dec. 14, 1945, in Sturgis, Michigan, to Linton and Marie (Showalter) Norris. On May 14, 1967, in LaGrange she married Richard "Dick" Foltz. He survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Katrina (Steve) Pruitt of Topeka; a son, Korwin Foltz of Carmel; and two grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 2-4- and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with calling one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery, Middlebury.
