Walter Parmer, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 23, 2024, in Frederick, Oklahoma. He was born on January 4, 1951, to Lyle and Pat Kittle.

Walter married the love of his life, Nora Lee, in 1970, and together they raised five children: Tammy Wolfer, Patricia Diaz, Vickie Jimenez, Norma Lee, and Earl Lee. He was a devoted grandfather to his 10 grandchildren.

Walter served in the Army, where he dedicated his time and energy to protecting his country. He was a hardworking man who always had a smile on his face and a joke up his sleeve. His sense of humor and light-hearted spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Walter Parmer may have left this world, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
