ODESSA - Vivian Louise McKee (Lane) of Odessa, Texas, Passed away on November 20, 2016 in Odessa, Texas. Vivian was born on April 22, 1932 in Brownwood, Texas to Carl and Mildred Lane. Vivian loved that she was raised on The Head of the River Ranch outside of Christoval, Texas, and graduated from Christovel High School. She loved being a cowgirl, being around horses and all that life on a ranch encompasses. She loved to travel and was fortunate enough to visit some wonderful destinations. Most of all she loved family, and she would give anything or do anything for anyone in her family. She always had a passion for arts and crafts and made that her life's work. Vivian was married to Jimmy Earle McKee(deceased) in 1955 and moved to Odessa, Texas in 1961. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Carl and Mildred Lane, her brother Johnny Bruce Crowder and her son Lane Earle McKee. Vivian is survived by her sister, Geraldine Lane Shipler, Hobbs, New Mexico; her brother, Jessie Carl Crowder, Odessa, Texas; her daughter, Denise Ione McKee, Goldsmith, Texas; her son, Rodney McKee, Fort Myers Beach, FL; Grandchildren Missy Swartznager and Joseph Walker and Great Granchildren and Great Great Grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on November 22, 2016 at 1:00pm at Frank W Wilson's Funeral Directors located at 4639 Oakwood Dr, Odessa, TX 79761
