Vivian was born to Clarence Jones and Rose Webster on June 8, 1932. She was born in Harlem, NY and was the middle child of 13 siblings. Vivian is survived by her brothers Ronald Thompson and Eugene Jones and her sisters Juanita Smith and Linda Torres. She is also surrived by her 6 children Wendy Rose Thomas, Marilynn Griffin, Anthony Jones, Russell Jones, Tyrone (Dalhie) Jones, and Terry Jones.
