Virginia Lea DockumCOSHOCTON: Virginia Lea Dockum, age 74, of Coshocton, passed away on April 24, 2017. She was born on May 23, 1942, in Coshocton, to the late Wilbur and Margaret (Leidig) Dickerson. Virginia graduated from Fresno High School in 1960 and then attended Beauty School and retired from Pretty Products. Virginia enjoyed playing Bingo, games, and doing word searches. She loved her family especially her grandchildren and will be deeply missed by everyone. She is survived by her three children, Cris and Alan Underwood of West Bedford, Brent and Roxy Widdig Hains of Newcomerstown, and Erin and Lawrence Conley of Coshocton; eight grandchildren, Derek, Darin, Brittani, Ali, Mikey, Matt, Gabe, and Lilly; six great-grandchildren, Lexi-Lyn, Chloe, Gavin, Zanden, Jerzee, and Scarlett; one brother Melvin ( Lorraine) Dickerson of Coshocton; two step-daughters, Robin Lavender and Jackie Lavender; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Along with her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Robert Dockum who passed away in 2003; her son, Jerry Wayne, and niece, Patricia Wilson. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday April 26, 2017 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. A memorial services will follow at 7:00pm at the funeral home.
