Shultz, Violet BlancheViolet B. Shultz, 98, formerly of Apalachin, and most recently a resident of Ideal Senior Living Center, passed away Monday, August 28, 2017.Violet Shultz was born on March 4, 1919 in South Avis, PA. Her husband, Marion O. Shultz (MO) and her brother Clarence Bower of Apalachin, NY predeceased her.Violet is survived by daughter Nancy and son-in-law Paul Oefelein of Ocala, FL, daughter Sandra and son-in-law Graham Smith, of Raleigh, NC, her grandchildren; Kristin and John Keim of Quakertown, PA, Corey Ihasz of Potomac, MD, Chad Ihasz of Ocala, FL, David Eickenbeger of Raleigh, NC, great-grandchildren; Nicole and Justin Keim of Quakertown, PA and Mathew Ihasz of Tampa, FL. Her sister-in-law, Jane Bower, nephew Tim and his wife Teri Bower, nephew Todd and his wife, Debbie Bower, and niece Anne, and her husband Don Baron, all of Apalachin, NY also survived her.Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11AM from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 East Main St., Endicott. The Rev. William Prentice will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Park Cemetery.
