We are deeply saddened by the passing of Victoria Decree/Sean, who left us too soon on February 16, 2025, in Newark, New Jersey, United States. She was born on September 9, 1973, to loving parents David and Mary.

Victoria was a devoted spouse to John Sean, whom she married in 2002. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Billie Benford (spouse Amanda Benford) and John Sean Jr. She adored her two grandchildren. She loved her sister (Valerie Decree) her brother (Samuel Decree) and her 8 nieces and nephews.

Victoria attended Barringer High School, graduating in 1990, before continuing her studies at Rutgers University, where she graduated in 1997. She was a talented individual who worked at LeapEngine Digital Marketing.

In her free time, Victoria enjoyed family vacations, singing, and designing websites or clothes. Her creativity and passion were evident in everything she did.

Victoria will be remembered for her infectious laughter, warm heart, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.

Victoria passed away from a Brain Aneurysm, leaving a void in our hearts that can never be filled. May she rest in peace.
