Victor was known for his kind heart and generous spirit. He always had a smile on his face and a willingness to help those in need. Victor touched the lives of many with his positive attitude and contagious energy.
Although he did not have any children of his own, Victor treated everyone he met as if they were family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
