It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Veola Harris, who was born on January 7, 1948, in Riverside, California, United States. Veola peacefully left this world on November 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Veola was the beloved daughter of Dorthy Herbert and leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and grace. She was a devoted mother to her seven children, Tammy, Pammy, Melissa, Tracy, Steve, Anne, and James. Veola also leaves behind total of 51 adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren whose lives she enriched with her wisdom and kindness. Her grandchildren Shawntay, Shanna, Shanice, Dashawn, Shantika, James, Brittney, Remel, Darilnica, Charu and many more

Veola was a pillar of her community, always willing to lend a helping hand and brighten the lives of those around her. Her warm smile and infectious laughter will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Veola fought a courageous battle with lung cancer, demonstrating resilience and bravery until the very end. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

As we mourn the loss of an extraordinary woman, let us also celebrate the countless memories we shared with Veola and the profound impact she had on our lives. May she rest in peace, knowing that she was cherished and adored by so many.
