Vanessa “Busaloo” Surratt, 63, of St. Paul, Minnesota, passed on April 18, 2023.

Vanessa was born on July 05, 1959 to Mattie and Ruben Surratt. She was the seventh of eight children.

Vanessa was a kind and thoughtful soul, but would tell you how she really felt in a heartbeat. She loved life and loved to party even more. Even thought she could work on your last good nerve, she was loved by all, and will be missed and remembered by the many lives she touched.

Vanessa is survived by her son Gervance Hardy (Charamaine Hardy), daughter Tieasha Hardy, sister Valerie Brim, brother Romelle Surratt, grandchildren Galiyah, Gabri, Ga’Brielle, Santrell, Angel, Emanuel, London, and Kayleigh, nieces, nephews, and other assorted family and many caring friends.

Vanessa is preceded in death by Mattie and Ruben Surratt (parents), Ruby Stein Coleman (sister), Gregory Surratt Sr. (brother), Ureatha Hughes (sister), Reginald Surratt (brother), and Myron Surratt (brother).
