Valerie Ndebe left this world on July 29, 2025, at the age of 78, much to the dismay of those who loved her and the delight of her many bridge partners. She was born on August 24, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she spent her days perfecting her game and sharing laughter with friends.

Valerie was known for her quick wit, love of good food, and unbeatable competitive streak. She had a knack for turning any gathering into a good time, whether it was a game night at her house or a casual lunch with friends. Her ability to light up a room with her infectious smile and charming personality will be dearly missed.

Although Valerie never had any children of her own, she considered her friends and family to be her greatest treasures. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and good times shared with those lucky enough to have known her.

Rest in peace, Valerie. We'll always remember you as the life of the party and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
