We grieve the loss of our beloved Valerie Miller-Humble, who passed away on October 22, 2025, in Decatur, Illinois, United States.

Valerie was born on November 16, 1964, to her parents Dave Miller and Ida Hunter. She was the loving spouse of Gary Humble, whom she married in 1992. Together, they raised three children: Lonell Miller, Phillip Miller, and Krstle Miller of Saint Louis, Missouri. She was also a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, Autumn Currie abd Bria and Kamryn Polk.

Valerie attended McArthur High School and graduated in 1975. She continued her education at Mr. Johns Beauty School, where she graduated in 1978. Valerie had a passion for singing, cooking, and acting, and she brought joy to all who knew her through her talents.

Valerie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she find peace beyond the stars.
