Troy was born on September 30, 1977 to Betty Jean Radford & Troy Radford Sr. (Deceased) Troy is survived by his mother, Betty Jean Radford & his step father ( for over 30 yrs.) James (JC) Jackson, 2 sons; Troy S. Radford III & Tyrique S. Radford El, one grandaughter Tamari S. Radford, 2 sisters; Katonga M. Radford & Serica R. Hadnot, 3 brothers; Stephen L. Spears, Elijah H. Radford & Dexter Hawkins. His ex- wife Danyelle Ash, close friend Karen and a host of other friends and family.
