We gather here today to mourn the passing of Troy Blackwell, who was born on March 7, 1983, in Wilmington, Delaware. Troy lived a life full of laughter and love, despite facing his fair share of challenges.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Jaylle Blackwell, whom he married in 2000. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Justice Johnson Blackwell and Jaeda Johnson Blackwell. Troy was a dedicated father and husband, always putting his family first.

Troy was known for his passion for grilling and cooking up a storm on the barbecue. His culinary skills were legendary among family and friends, who looked forward to his delicious meals at every gathering.

Although Troy may have left this world too soon, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Marline and Terry Linda Blackwell, his children, and his beloved spouse.
