It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend Troy Whitehurst, who left this world on August 21, 2024. Born on March 18, 1986, in Mansfield, Texas, Troy lived a life filled with laughter, love, and a passion for Steel Reserve 211.

Troy dedicated many years of his life to his career as a Traffic Controller before passing unexpectedly in 2024. He was known for his dedication to ensuring the safety and efficiency of the roads for all travelers.

When he wasn't working, Troy could often be found indulging in his love for Black Metal music, attending concerts, and connecting with fellow fans. His enthusiasm for the genre was contagious, and he never missed an opportunity to share his favorite bands with anyone who would listen.

Although Troy may have left this world too soon due to Liver Cirrhosis, his spirit will live on in the memories of all who knew him. Rest in peace, Troy. You will be dearly missed.
