Trinidad B. NoriegaSanta Paula, CAOur beloved mother, Trini B. Noriega, age 89, of Santa Paula passed away peacefully on January 31, 2017. She was born on June 12, 1927 in Santa Paula, California to Jose Burboa and Santos Flores Burboa.Trini was a homemaker, married to Florencio R. Noriega (deceased) and together they had eight children. Mom's passion was cooking and cleaning. She kept an immaculate house and cooked many reception dinners for family and friends. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. She loved going to their sporting events; enjoyed going to Las Vegas and Chumash. Holidays, birthdays and camping trips were always celebrated in a big way as there are so many of us! We will always cherish those memories Mom; we love you and will miss you dearly. She is survived by her children; sons Chencho Noriega, John Noriega (Linda), daughters Sally Villarreal, Rosie Cervantez (Tony), Becky Martinez (Larry), Liz Reveles (Steve), Arleen Ruiz (Manuel), daughter-in-law Debbie Noriega, sisters-in-law Sally Burboa, Linda Burboa and Virginia Burboa. Twenty-five loving grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Felix Noriega, daughter-in-law Susie Galvan Noriega and grandchildren Mark Tobias, Lamay James Jr., Joseph Noriega, and Daniel "DJ" Ruiz. She is the last survivor of her siblings Joe, Elodia, Linda, Ernesto, Toto, Louie and Ruben.Prayer of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at St. Sebastian's Catholic Church in Santa Paula at 10:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Her final resting place will be at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery immediately following Mass.
