Hall and his wife, Dorinda of Jacksonville, FL; brother-in-law, Thomas Kincaid and his wife, Beverly of Virginia Beach, VA; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.She is predeceased by her loving and devoted husband, Dr. Elmer Chester Hewlett III.A life celebration for Treva will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00am at Elkton Presbyterian Church, 209 E. Main St, Elkton, MD 21921 where family and friends may attend the visitation beginning at 10:00am.
