Tracy was born on December 13, 1970, to Lynn and Joan Whitaker. All though Tracy had no children of her own she made it a point to spoil her nieces and nephews. Tracy enjoyed trying new recipes to cook or bake. Tracy loved cooking out, watching outdoor movies, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy was predeceased by her parents and brother, Lynn, Joan, and Trevor Whitaker. She is survived by her brothers, sister and partner. Troy Whitaker, Nicole Mears, Brandon Whitaker, Travis Whitaker and Scott Dykes.
