It is with heavy hearts that we say farewell to the beloved Tonya Hooker of Danville, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2024. She was born on March 22, 1981, and lived a life filled with laughter, love, and joy.

Tonya was the devoted partner of Robert Hooker and together they raised three wonderful children: Mya Darling (spouse James Duke), Xavier Hooker, and Xander Hooker. Her family meant everything to her and she cherished every moment spent with them.

She spent her days working at Pleasant Home, where she brightened the lives of everyone she met. Her infectious smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Tonya leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Rest in peace, dear Tonya. You will always be remembered with fondness and gratitude. A small family gathering was heldon September 16th at Watsons cremation to let the family and close friends say farewell to their loved one.
