Tony Word, 37, of Miami, Florida, passed on September 13, 2021. Tony was born on April 11, 1984 to Evelyn Word and Tony Word Sr.

Tony was a fantastic person with a big heart that was always ready to help and support others, never asking for anything in return. Never having a problem making himself available to talk you through life and provide advice, even when you didn't ask for it.

Tony was confident and always up for a challenge. Making sure to let you know he was quick on his feet and had moved for a 'big guy.' Whether it was on a football field, playing a new game, or falling in the snow learning to snowboard, Tony made sure to enjoy life and give his all.

His inquisitive, outgoing nature led him to travel the country as a young truck driver, work diligently at Waste Management, become a landlord, become a licensed real estate agent, and eventually co-founded his own trucking company.

Tony brought humor and joy to everyone around him. You could place Tony anywhere in the world, and he would leave knowing everyone around. He would always invent new business ideas, hoping to provide opportunities for others to achieve success.

The life of this gentle, loving soul was unexpectedly lost in his battle recovering from Covid.

Tony is survived by his wife Briana Gabriel Word and sister, Tonisha Word.
