Tony Carter was born December 9th, 1672, the third child of the late John Carter Jr. and Readdie Carter in Los Angeles, CA. He accepted Christ at Macedonia Baptist Church.

Tony spent all his formative years in Compton, CA. He was very close to his neighborhood friends (whom he considered family), but later thought he could start a new life in Texas.

He was employed at Furs Cafeteria in Sulpher Sring, TX until his life took a dark turn. He was incarcerated with a lengthy sentence and placed in Abilene TX.

During his incarceration, he endured the death of his mother Readdie Carter, his grandmothers, Estella Carter, and Olear Robinson, and his sister Andrea Carter.

He leaves to mourn his sister Deborah Carter-Millner. uncle Leon Carter, niece Deoni Waldon, nephew William Hall Jr., and a host of cousins and friends.
