Tonia Lynn DeBrossard- Minor was born June 18, 1971; to the late Laurent Herbert DeBrossard Sr. and Sandra Jeane Davis-Gray. She was the second oldest of four children born to this union. Her parents Sandra J. Davis-Gray and Laurent H. DeBrossard Sr., and her sister Cynthia Hendrix precedes her in death, leaving her memory her to be cherished by her husband Archie Minor Sr., her daughters Jordan Ray and Tiffany Bowers and son Archie Minor Jr. She attended and graduated from Henry Ford High in Detroit, Michigan. She also went back to school to purse a career in accounting. She was employed at Comerica Bank and managed Bank One for 20 years. Tonia was one of the Executive Administration at Greater Mitchell Temple and worked for The Board of Bishops of C.O.I.C. Ministry.

Tonia accepted Christ at a young age at New Bethlehem MBC, then attending Greater Mitchell Temple where later she was united in holy matrimony to Archie Minor Sr. on February 6, 2016; later on going to attend Greater Love Tabernacle. Tonia was apart of the Pastor's Aid Committee, enjoying the planning and decorating of an event, bring joy to others and showing off her creative abilities.

She encouraged her children and family to put their faith in GOD and to never give up on whatever they believed in and to always give it your all. Tonia was always there for her family and friends to be a shoulder to lean on, encouraging words, and a laugh or two. She departed this life on October 21, 2025 at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan surrounded by absolutely nothing but love.

Tonia leaves to cherish her love and memories to her husband Archie Minor Sr., her daughters Jordan Ray and Tiffany Bowers, her son Archie Minor Jr. All of her siblings, her sister Yvonda (Keith) Malone, her brothers Laurent (Mattie) DeBrossard, Demond DeBrossard, Karl Hendrix, and Tony Gray and her other father figure Elliot Gray, Jr., her other mother figure Gwendolyn Ray, and childhood friend Jamal Ray. Her nieces and a host of great nieces, Toccara Booker, Jasmine DeBrossard, Simone Hart, ZaNiya DeBRossard, Mysteris Turner, Destiney Ray, Deija. Her nephews and host of great nephews, Maurice DeBrossard, Laurent DeBrossard, Marzel DeBrossard-Townsell, Kevon Malone, Bobby Turner, and Ston'i DeBrossard. Her in-laws, Shirley Wilson, Timothy (Gloria) Minor, Jovelsa Rayford, and Philip ( Colain) Minor; a host of many other family and friends.
