SchomakerTom Schomaker, 61, of Taylor Mill, Kentucky passed away suddenly at home on October 18, 2017. Tom was born on July 11, 1956 to Harry and Betty Schomaker. He married Elizabeth Bowes on October 19, 1985. Tom was a loving father and husband who will be remembered for his awful puns and wacky sense of humor. He retired from Sears in Florence having worked in sales in the Appliance Department. Tom enjoyed golf, loved fishing in local ponds and rivers, as well as deep sea fishing and spending time on the beach. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Beth Schomaker; sons Kevin Schomaker and Alex Schomaker; mother Betty Schomaker; sisters Joan Dance and Janet Tepe; brother Joe (Nora) Schomaker; brother in law Bill (Marianne) Bowes; as well as many extended family members and friends.Memorial contributions can be made to Redwood School or the ALS Foundation in Tom's name.Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
