Colburn, ToddTodd Colburn, 54 of Oshkosh, WI passed away on October 18th at Mercy Medical Center. Todd was born on July 13, 1962 to Audrey (Domke) Colburn and James Colburn in Oshkosh, WI. Todd dedicated his work life to law enforcement holding many positions within the City of Neenah before retiring in 2006. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, playing his guitar and spending time watching his children and grandchildren in their activities. He is survived by his children: Nicole Martin Oshkosh, Jacob Colburn Oshkosh, Brennon Colburn Oshkosh, Heidi Colburn Oshkosh, two grandchildren Leshad Conner and Damon Edwards, Oshkosh, his mother, Audrey (Domke) LaChance , Springhill, Florida, Step-Mother Bev Colburn, Wausaukee , brother Jim Colburn, New Lenox, Illinois, Step-sister Cheryl Behm, Green Bay and step brother Rick Jorgensen Redgranite.He was preceded in death by his father Jim Colburn and sisters Stacy Colburn and Cindy Theissen. There will be a celebration of Todd's life on November 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the George Scherck Large Shelter Park at 1175 Apple blossom Drive Neenah, WI with the dedication to his life at 2:30 p.m.
